活血通络汤联合膝关节镜下微创手术对膝关节半月板损伤患者的临床效果研究

The clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery on meniscus injury of knee joint

目的:探讨活血通络汤联合膝关节镜下微创手术对膝关节半月板损伤患者的临床效果.方法:选取2017年4月-2018年10月我院收治的膝关节半月板损伤患者81例,按照随机数字表达法分为研究组39例和对照组42例,对照组应用膝关节镜下微创手术,研究组则在对照组基础上给予活血通络汤.结果:研究组对膝关节半月板损伤患者的临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组对膝关节半月板损伤患者的术后并发症发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在膝关节半月板损伤患者的治疗效果当中,活血通络汤联合膝关节镜下微创手术的临床治疗效果理想,临床上可进一步推广应用.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongluo decoction(活血通络汤)combined with minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery on patients with meniscus injury of knee joint.Methods:eighty-one patients with meniscus injury of knee joint admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the research group 39 cases and the control group 42 cases according to the random number expression method.The control group was treated with minimally invasive surgery under knee arthroscopy,and the research group was given Huoxue Tongluo decoction on the basis of treatment of the control group.Results:The clinical treatment effect of the research group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of postoperative complications of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Tongluo decoction combined with minimally invasive knee arthroscopic surgery had an ideal therapeutic effect on patients with meniscus injury of knee joint,which should be further popularized and applied clinically.
