中医外治护理干预应用于妇产科术后腹胀患者的体会

Experience of TCM external treatment nursing intervention on patients with postoperative abdominal distension after obstetrics and gynecology

目的:研究中医外治护理干预应用于妇产科术后腹胀患者的临床效果.方法:本次所选研究病例均为我院妇产科接收并行手术治疗的患者,共78例,选取时间段为:2017年7月-2018年7月;根据不同护理方法分为对照组(施予常规护理)、研究组(施予中医外治护理干预),每组39例,对比两组护理的效果.结果:研究组护理后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组护理后的总满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:中医外治护理干预应用于妇产科术后腹胀患者的临床效果显著,可推广.

Objective:To study the clinical effect of external treatment nursing intervention on patients with postoperative abdominal distension after obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:The selected cases were all patients who underwent concurrent surgery in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital.A total of 78 patients were selected from July 2017 to July 2018.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to di fferent nursing methods.The patients in the control group were given routine care,and the study group was administered external treatment nursing care intervention,with 39 patients in each group,the effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The recovery time and anal exhaust time of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the study group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of TCM external treatment nursing intervention on patients with postoperative abdominal distension after obstetrics and gynecology was significant and could be promoted and applied in clinic.
