摘要
近年来,伴随社会进步及经济发展,现代职业教育水平日趋成熟,社会对现代职业教育的要求也更为严格。与其它院校学生相比,职业院校学生普遍年龄小且自我认知尚未明确,处于人生观、价值观及世界观的形成时期,而如何利用积极心理暗示帮助其形成正确的自我评价体系,得到越来越多教师的关注及重视。本文以积极心理暗示为切入点,分析其应用于现代职业教育的意义,进一步提出具体的应用要点,旨在为相关从业人员积累更多的实践经验。
in recent years,with social progress and economic development,the level of modern vocational education is becoming mature,the society of modern vocational education requirements are more stringent.Compared with students in other colleges and universities,students in vocational colleges are generally young and their self-cognition is not clear.They are in the forming period of their outlook on life,values and world outlook,and how to use positive psychological hints to help them form a correct self-evaluation system has attracted more and more attention from teachers.Taking positive psychological suggestion as the starting point,this paper analyzes the significance of its application in modern vocational education,and further puts forward specific application points,in order to accumulate more practical experience for relevant practitioners.
