高效课堂之教师要学会倾听学生

教师倾听学生是了解学生的主要途径,不听他们讲,你怎么会知道他们是这样解题的、你怎么会知道他们卡在哪里了?缺乏对学生的了解,也就缺乏针对性,还谈什么高效率的课堂教学。
