阿帕替尼联合鸦胆子注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床研究

Clinical study of apatinib combined with brucea javanica injection in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors

目的观察阿帕替尼联合鸦胆子注射液治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法选取符合诊断标准的晚期恶性肿瘤患者30例。对照组单用阿帕替尼,治疗组在对照组基础上加用鸦胆子注射液,用CHOI标准评价疗效,用KPS评分评价生活质量。结果治疗组疾病控制率(70.59%)高于对照组疾病控制率(38.46%),治疗组PFS(6.25月)长于对照组PFS(5.46月)(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子注射液联合阿帕替尼治疗晚期恶性肿瘤能延长患者的生存时间,改善生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of apatinib combined with brucea javanica injection in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors.Methods 30 patients with advanced malignant tumors who met the diagnostic criteria were selected.The control group was treated with apatinib alone,and the treatment group was treated with brucea javanica injection on the basis of the control group.The efficacy was evaluated by CHOI standard.KPS score was used to evaluate the quality of life.Results The disease control rate of the treatment group was 70.59%,higher than that of the control group(38.46%);the PFS of the treatment group(6.25 months)was longer than that of the control group(5.46 months)(P<0.05).Conclusion Brucea javanica injection combined with apatinib in the treatment of advanced malignant tumors can prolong the survival time of patients,improve the quality of life.
