强化坐站训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Intensive Sitting Training on Balance Ability and Quality of Life in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨强化坐站训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者平衡能力及生活质量的影响。方法选取2016年5月~2018年4月我院确诊为脑卒中偏瘫患者84例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上进行强化坐站训练,比较两组平衡功能及日常生活能力。结果治疗后,观察组SLst低于对照组[(85.05±14.25)mm vs(88.24±16.15)mm],SAst、BBS评分高于对照组[(151.96±24.88)cm^2 vs(142.11±20.09)cm^2]、[(35.93±7.34)分vs(29.33±6.29)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组MBI评分高于对照组[(60.39±6.33)分vs(52.47±6.78)分],TUGT计时短于对照组[(40.10±7.82)s vs(53.60±8.03)s],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用强化坐站训练可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者动静态平衡能力,改善双下肢运动的稳定性,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of intensive sitting training on balance ability and quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods 84 patients with hemiplegia who were diagnosed as stroke in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,42 cases each.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group performed intensive sitting training on the basis of the control group,the balance function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the SLst of the observation group was lower than that of the control group[(85.05±14.25)mm vs(88.24±16.15)mm],and the SAst and BBS scores were higher than the control group[(151.96±24.88)cm^2 vs(142.11±20.09)cm^2],[(35.93±7.34)points vs(29.33±6.29)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MBI score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group[(60.39±6.33)points vs(52.47±6.78)points],and the TUGT time was shorter than that of the control group[(40.10±7.82)s vs(53.60±8.03)s],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive sitting training can improve the dynamic and static balance ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,improve the stability of lower limb movement and improve the quality of life.
