一维磁控光子晶体

One-Dimensional Magnetic Controlled Photonic Crystal

摘要 利用传输矩阵研究结构为(AB)n D(BA)n和(AB)n DF(BA)n的一维光子晶体透射特性,其中D和F层均为旋磁材料,通过改变其外加磁场,分析其对透射率的影响.结果表明:随着外加磁场强度的变化,可产生和消灭缺陷模,且缺陷模的位置、数目以及缺陷模的光谱宽度均发生变化.表明通过改变外加磁场强度可实现光子晶体透射的可调节性. By using transmission matrix,we studied transmission characteristics of one-dimensional photonic crystals with(AB)n D(BA)n and(AB)n DF(BA)n structure,in which the layers D and F were rotating magnetic material.We analyzed the influence of it on transmission rate by changing its external magnetic field.The results show that with the change of external magnetic field intensity,the defect mode can be produced and eliminated,and the position,number and spectral width of the defect modes are all changed.Therefore,the tunability of transmission of photonic crystal can be realized by changing the external magnetic field intensity.
