摘要
美国《适应体育教育评估量表(第2版)》(简称APEASⅡ)以筛选有适应体育教育需要的学生为起点,以为该类学生提供科学的、可循证的适应体育教育和个性化体育教育计划为目标,按照4项指标选取原则,包含5个评估维度、36个测试项目的综合性适应体育教育教学质量评估体系。其中:5个测量维度具体指感知运动功能、物体控制技能、位移技能、体适能和适应性行为;36个测试项目设有小学(4.6~11岁)和中学(12~17岁)2个阶段。同时,APEASⅡ有其对应的评分及操作系统,保证了量表的科学性和可操作性。APEASⅡ对中国适应体育教育教学质量评估的启示:构建中国的适应体育教育教学质量评估体系;明确“适应体育教育”的内涵和外延;辩证地吸收和借鉴,构建“多维度、综合性”的适应体育教育教学质量评估体系。
Adapted Physical Education Assessment Scale Ⅱ(APEAS Ⅱ)conducts identifying students to receive special education services in adapted physical education as the starting point.APEAS Ⅱ aims to provide a scientific and evidence based approach to adapted physical education and individualized physical education programs.It consists of an evaluation system for the teaching quality of special physical education with 5 assessment dimensions and 36 tests according to 4 principles of index selection.The 5 assessment dimensions are perceptual motor,object control,locomotor skill,physical fitness and adaptive behaviors,and the 36 tests were divided into two stages:(4.6-11 years)and secondary(11-17 years)schools.Meanwhile,APEAS Ⅱ scoring system has its corresponding scoring and operating system,which ensures the scientific quality and operability of the scale.The inspirations of APEAS Ⅱ for the teaching assessment of physical education in China are:constructing the evaluation system for the teaching assessment of special physical education in China;clarifying the extension and connotation of“adapted physical education”;and absorbing and learning advanced concepts dialectically and establishing multi-dimensional and comprehensive evaluation system for special physical education.
