基于聚乙烯/聚酯皮芯纤维纱线的纬编运动面料开发

Development of Weft Knitted Sports Fabric Based on Polyethylene/Polyester Sheath-core Fiber Yarn

采用由改性聚乙烯/聚酯皮芯纤维纺制的短纱线为面纱,丙纶色丝为地纱,制备了添纱结构的纬编运动面料,探索了编织工艺和染整工艺,测试了面料的主要结构参数和物理性能。结果表明,该面料具有良好的尺寸稳定性和导湿快干功能,手感柔软滑爽,运动出汗时不沾皮肤并可消除闷热感。

The short yarn spun from modified polyethylene/polyester sheath-core fiber was used as the face yarn,and the polypropylene yarn was used as the ground yarn.The weft knitted sports fabric with the plating structure was prepared.The knitting,dyeing and finishing process were explored.The main structural parameters and physical properties of the fabric were tested.The results showed that the fabric had good dimensional stability,moisture-conducting and quick-drying function,soft and smooth feeling,did not stick to the skin when sweating,and could eliminate the stuffy feeling.
