熊去氧胆酸治疗新生儿肝内胆汁淤积效果观察及对肝功能的影响

Effects of ursodeoxycholic acid onintrahepatic cholestasis in neonates and its influence on liver function

目的:评估熊去氧胆酸治疗新生儿肝内胆汁淤积的效果及对肝功能的影响。方法:选取2015年7月-2018年7月期间于我院治疗的70例肝内胆汁淤积性患儿为研究对象,按随机数表法将患儿分为观察组及对照组各35例,对照组行常规保肝治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察两组患儿的临床疗效、血清总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、γ-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)指标及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组临床有效率显著高于对照组,TBIL、ALT、DBIL、GGT指标显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患儿的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:熊去氧胆酸具有利胆作用,可以显著改善肝内胆汁淤积患儿的肝功能指标,且安全性较高。

Objective:To evaluate the effects of ursodeoxycholic acid on intrahepatic cholestasis in neonates and its influence on liver function.Methods:70 children with intrahepatic cholestasis who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected for the study and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was given routineliver protection,and observation group was treated with ursodeoxycholic acid on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy,serum total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),γ-glutamyltransferase(GGT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and adverse reactions during treatmentwere observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,while the TBIL,ALT,DBIL and GGT were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions during treatmentbetween the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Ursodeoxycholic acid has a choleretic effect and can significantly improve the liver function indexes of children patients with intrahepatic cholestasis,and it has high safety.
