六神丸和派丽奥应用于牙周脓肿疗效对比

Comparison of efficacy of liushen pills and periocline in periodental abscess

目的:探讨六神丸和派丽奥应用于牙周脓肿临床效果。方法:选取2018年9月到2019年8月期间门诊接诊的牙周脓肿患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30),两组患者均给予切开引流治疗,对照组给予派丽奥治疗,研究组患者给予六神丸治疗,并比较两组患者临床效果、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周袋深度(PD)指标及生活质量。结果:研究组总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(80.00%);治疗后两组患者SBI、PD均得到显著改善,研究组患者SBI、PD明显低于对照组;研究组患者生活质量指标优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:临床中治疗牙周脓肿采用六神丸能有效缓解患者临床症状,并改善患者的SBI、PD指标,具有显著的临床疗效,有利于患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of liushen pills and periocline in periodental abscess.Methods:Patients with periodental abscess collected in the outpatient department from September 2018 to August 2019 were divided into 2 groups randomly:research group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Patients in both groups were treated with incision and drainage.Patients in the control group were treated with periocline,and patients in the research group were treated with liushen pills.To compare the clinical effects,the SBI,PD and quality of life of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the research group(93.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%).After treatment,SBI and PD in both groups were significantly decreased,while SBI and PD in the research group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The quality of life index of the research group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical treatment of periodental abscess with liushen pills can effectively alleviate clinical symptoms,and decrease the SBI,PD.It has remarkable clinical effects and is good for prognosis of patients with periodental abscess.
