超低热膨胀系数堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的原材料特性 被引量:5

摘要 以片状原材料制备了超低热膨胀系数堇青石蜂窝陶瓷。通过测试化学成分、粒度分布、物相组成、显微形貌和基本物理性能,分析了堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的性能特点及其原料特性。结果表明:制备的富铝堇青石蜂窝陶瓷具有超低的热膨胀系数0.51×10^-6/℃(室温~800℃),高纯的片状原料有助于降低蜂窝陶瓷的热膨胀系数;蜂窝陶瓷中堇青石晶粒具有定向生长的特性;堇青石蜂窝陶瓷在低温阶段(<450℃)具有负热膨胀特性。研究成果对超低热膨胀系数堇青石蜂窝陶瓷的实际生产具有借鉴意义。 Cordierite honeycomb ceramics with an ultra-low expansion coefficient were prepared from sheet-like raw materials.Chemical composition,particle size distribution,crystal phases,morphology and physical performances were tested to discover the characteristics of cordierite honeycomb ceramics and the raw materials.The results show that Al rich cordierite honeycomb ceramics have an ultra-low thermal expansion coefficient of 0.51×10^-6/℃(RT-800℃).The raw materials with less impurity are beneficial to reduce the thermal expansion coefficient.The crystals of cordierite honeycomb ceramics have a characteristic of directional alignment.The cordierite honeycomb ceramics have a negative thermal expansion,when the temperature is lower than 450℃.The results can supply some referential values for the fabrication of cordierite honeycomb ceramics with an ultra-low expansion coefficient.
