摘要
研究了烷基酚聚氧乙基醚(APE)系列表面活性剂对油酸钠的增效作用。结果表明:APE-10、APE-15、APE-20表面活性剂具有较好的增效效果,且与油酸钠或棉油酸皂最佳的增效比例为3∶1。棉油酸皂与APE-10、APE-15、APE-20的复配捕收剂在宜昌某磷矿浮选试验中可以取得精矿产率大于73%, P2O5品位大于30%,回收率大于92%的选矿指标。增效作用主要是通过表面活性剂的增溶作用和起泡作用实现。
Synergistic effect of APE series surfactants on sodium oleate were studied and the results showed that: APE-10, APE-15, APE-20 surfactants had good synergistic effect, and the optimal synergistic ratio with sodium oleate or cotton oleate soap were 3∶1. The phosphate concentrate was obtained with productive rate more than 73%, P2O5 grade more than 30%, and recovery rate more than 92% by the compound collector of cotton oleic soap and APE-10, APE-15, APE-20 in a Yichang phosphate ore flotation. Synergism effect were mainly achieved through solubilization and foaming ability of surfactant.
