摘要
对黑龙江萝北地区某晶质石墨矿进行层压粉碎-分质分选试验研究。在工艺矿物学的基础上,对高压辊磨机闭路产品进行"1粗1扫"浮选抛尾,粗精矿经螺旋分质机分选后得到粗粒低碳和细粒高碳两种分质产品。粗粒低碳分质产品采用立式剥片机通过4次再磨4次精选得到精矿产品;细粒高碳分质产品采用立式砂磨机经5次再磨5次精选得到精矿产品。最终闭路精矿指标为:固定碳含量(质量分数)为94.50%,达到高碳指标,回收率为89.94%,其中+0.147 mm粒级大鳞片分布率为31.24%。这一技术为复杂难选石墨矿高效分选提供了支撑。
The particle bed breakage-grading separation technology of flake graphite in Luobei area of Heilongjiang was studied. On the basis of mineralogy, the tailings were discharged by a flotation process of one stage roughing and one stage scavenging. The rough concentrate was divided into two kinds of products by spiral separator, which were coarse-grained and low fixed carbon, and fine-grained and high fixed carbon. The coarse-grained and low fixed carbon products were reground using vertical stripper in cleaning process, while fine-grained and high fixed carbon products were reground using vertical sand mill in cleaning process. After the closed circuit flotation, the fixed carbon content final concentrate was 94.50% and reaching high carbon index. The recovery of final concentrate was 89.94%, which the distribution ratio of +0.147 mm was 31.24%. This technology provides technical support for the efficient separation of complex and refractory graphite ores.
