八珍颗粒联合电灸对晚期大肠癌化疗患者近期疗效及毒副反应的影响

Effect of Bazhen granule combined with electric moxibustion on the short-term curative efficacy and toxic side effect of chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer

目的观察八珍颗粒联合电灸对晚期大肠癌化疗患者近期疗效及毒副反应的影响。方法将58例晚期大肠癌患者按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组29例单纯应用化疗治疗,21 d为1个治疗周期,治疗2个周期;治疗组29例在对照组治疗基础上应用八珍颗粒联合电灸治疗,化疗当日起连续治疗14 d。比较2组临床疗效、中医证候疗效;观察2组治疗前后血常规指标白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)及血小板计数(PLT)变化;比较2组毒副反应骨髓抑制及肝肾功能异常发生率。结果治疗组总有效率65.52%,对照组总有效率37.93%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组中医证候总有效率72.41%,对照组中医证候总有效率44.83%,治疗组中医证候疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后WBC、PLT均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组骨髓抑制发生率51.72%,对照组骨髓抑制发生率79.31%,治疗组骨髓抑制发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论八珍颗粒联合电灸治疗晚期大肠癌化疗患者,能更好地缓解化疗对患者重要脏器功能的损伤,减轻化疗导致的骨髓抑制,毒副反应低,进一步调节患者免疫功能,取得较好的协同抗肿瘤作用。

Objective To observe the effect of Bazhen granule combined with electric moxibustion on the short-term curative efficacy and toxic side effect of chemotherapy in patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods 58 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method. 29 cases in control group were treated by chemotherapy alone, 21 days as a treatment cycle, and a total of two cycles of treatment. 29 cases in treatment group were treated by Bazhen granule combined with electric moxibustion on the basis of the control group, 14 days from the day of chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome effect of the two groups were compared. The changes of white blood cell count(WBC), red blood cell count(RBC), hemoglobin(Hb) and platelet count(PLT) were observed before and after the treatment between two groups. The incidence of myelosuppression and hepatorenal dysfunction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 65.52% in treatment group and 37.93% in control group. The clinical curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of TCM syndromes was 72.41% in treatment group and 44.83% in control group. The clinical curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, WBC and PLT of the two groups were lower than that of the group before treatment(P<0.05), and the control group was significantly lower(P<0.05). The incidence of myelosuppression was 51.72% in treatment group and 79.31% in control group. The incidence of myelosuppression in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Bazhen granule combined with electric moxibustion in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients with chemotherapy can better alleviate the damage of chemotherapy on the important organ function of patients, reduce the inhibition of bone marrow caused by chemotherapy, and have low toxicity and side effects, further regulate the immune function of patients, and achieve better synergistic antitumor effect.
