摘要
为倡导国家节能减排,汽车工业向电能源高速发展,以塑代钢为解决汽车减重成为了可能。文中叙述了汽车前灯罩注塑成型工艺及其制订。介绍了汽车前灯罩注塑成型模具的结构设计,模具材料及热处理。文末叙述了汽车车门把手臂注塑模的工作次序。
In order to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, the electric vehicle industry has developed rapidly, and it has become possible to solve the problem of automobile weight reduction by using plastics. The paper describes the injection molding process and formulation of the automobile front lampshade. The structural design, mold material and heat treatment of the automobile front lampshade injection molding die were introduced. At the end of this paper, the working order of the injection mold for the automobile door handle was described.
