“互联网+”背景下地方高校创新创业人才培养模式建构

Construction of the Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Local Universities under the Background of “Internet +"

“互联网+”推动科技教育快速有效发展,提升了高校教育创新力。对河南省部分地方高校的调查发现,地方高校创新创业人才培养存在制度建设不规范、课程体系不完善,地方高校与“互联网+”国家战略结合较少,创新创业人才培养体系不健全,人才培养质量评价机制不合理等问题。基于“互联网+”背景下,对地方高校创新创业人才培养模式的研究与探索,亟需进一步加强地方高校创新创业人才培养制度建设、完善课程体系,强化地方高校与“互联网+”深度融合,构建创新创业人才培养实践体系和“以人为本”评价指标结构模型,以推进地方高校创新创业教育高质量、可持续发展。

“Internet+”promotes the rapid and effective development of science and technology education,promotes the creativity of higher education.Investigations of the local colleges and universities in Henan show some shortages as following:the application of innovative and entrepreneurial talentsin local colleges and universities is irregular in system construction and imperfect in the curriculum system;local colleges and universities have little combination with the“Internet+”national strategy;the training system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents is unsound;and the evaluation mechanism of talent training quality is unreasonable.Based on the research and exploration of the training mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in local universities under the background of“Internet+”,it is urgent to further strengthen the construction of local university innovative and entrepreneurial talents training system,improve the curriculum system,strengthen the deep integration of local universities and the“Internet+”,and construct the practice system of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents and the structure model of“people-oriented”evaluation index,so as to realize high quality and sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local colleges and universities.
