摘要
文章从创新的视角出发对河北省电子信息产业人才队伍建设中存在的问题展开研究,总结了电子信息产业人才的特点,从人才规模和人才结构两方面对河北省电子信息产业人才支撑状况进行了系统分析,针对存在的高端和复合型人才缺乏、企业管理不到位、人才流失严重等问题,从完善顶层设计、发挥区位优势、加强学校培养、优化企业管理制度、多举措并举减少人才流失等方面提出了对策建议。
From the perspective of innovation,this paper studies the problems existing in the talent team con struction of electronic information industry in Hebei province.The characteristics of talents in electronic information industry are summarized.This paper systematically analyses the talent support situation of electronic information in dustry in Hebei province from two aspects of talent scale and talent structure.Aiming at the problems of lack of high-end and compound talents,unscientific enterprise management and serious brain drain,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of perfecting top-level design,giving full play to regional advantages,strengthening school training,optimizing enterprise management system,and taking various measures to reduce brain drain.
