The Pattern and Characteristics of Service under the Circumstance of Network Service Economy

当前网络经济对我国服务业的发展产生了深远的影响,然而网络经济对于服务业的影响是通过对服务和服务模式的改变而产生的,因此研究网络经济对服务模式的改变以及当前情境下服务的特征具有重要的意义。为进一步研究网络服务经济环境下服务的模式和特征首先需要研究网络经济和服务的基本内涵,并在此基础上,探讨网络经济与服务业和服务的关系。最后总结当前服务的模式,并从服务主体、第三方平台、消费主体以及服务传递系统四方面对服务特征进行总结。

Currently network economy has a deep influence on our country’s service industry,but its influ ence on service industry is generated by its influence on service itself and the pattern of service.Therefore,it’s significant to study the current pattern and characteristics of service under the circumstance of network service econo my.To do this,there will be the discussion on definitions of network service,service and the relationship between them.Finally,based on that,there will be the summary of the current service pattern and discussion of the service characteristics from the four aspects which are service agent,the third part platform,customer and the service delivery system.
