五行通背拳的作用及价值研究

On the Practical Value of Wuxing Tongbei Quan

传统武术是民族文化的重要组成部分。武术源于防身,长于健身,追求修身。国民体质是证明国家强大的软实力。运用古拳谱的有关资料内容,采用文献资料研究法,以通背拳为例,从它的实用价值论述其存在的必要性,传承的重要性,弘扬的迫切性,在分别论述其健身价值、教化价值、欣赏价值、精神价值的同时呼吁同仁勇于承担民族责任。在西方体育大量涌入和新武术的冲击下,保留民族体育文化、传承传统武术意义重大。

Through the methods of documentation,on-the-spot observation and data statistics,this paper makes an analysis of the results of 37 freestyle wrestlers from five provincial teams in Northwest China in the preliminary contest of the Second Youth Games in 2019,and draws the following conclusions:(1)Six athletes in the small-level competitions are not in the top three,and the results of the men's team are weaker than those of the women's team;they are in the top three and the top six in the middle-level competitions.The famous players are concentrated in the Xinjiang team,and the technical level is the strongest in the five northwest provinces.Among the large-level players,Ningxia team has the strongest strength.(2)Six women athletes were all qualified for the finals contest,68%of the 31 male athletes were in the top 12;the majority of the qualified athletes were in the 4th to 8th places.
