大学公共体育“个性化”教学改革背景下武术课程建设的探索与实践 被引量:4

Exploration and Practice of Wushu Course Construction under the Background of "Personalized" Teaching Reform of University Public Physical Education: A Case Study of Shanghai University

摘要 为进一步落实公共体育个性化教学改革的要求,促进学生体育综合能力的提升,上海大学武术教学团队以问题导向,制订和设计了武术课程建设的路径和相应措施,并在课程建设的实践中进行动态调整和逐渐完善,最终形成一个“多元一体”武术课程模式。其中的“多元”是指多种方式和途径,“一体”则是指共同落实到学生的武术综合能力的培养上。课程模式主要通过四个途径来实现:落实“精炼套路、强化推手、重视实战、练赛结合”的教学理念;延伸课堂教学,对接通识教育,实现文通武备;突出传统价值观为核心,创新武术文化的宣传方式;注重过程评价,实现学生的武术综合能力评价。 To further implement the requirements of the"Personalized"teaching reform of public PE and promote the improvement of students'comprehensive sports ability,the Wushu teaching team of Shanghai University,guided by problems,has formulated and designed the path and corresponding measures for the construction of Wushu curriculum,and has made dynamic adjustment and gradual improvement in the practice of curriculum construction,thus finally forming a"pluralistic and integrated"Wushu curriculum model.Among them,"pluralism"refers to a variety of ways and means,and"integration"refers to the joint implementation of students'comprehensive ability of Wushu training.The curriculum model is mainly realized through four ways:to implement the teaching concept of"refining routines,strengthening push hands,attaching importance to the combination of actual combat and practice";to extend classroom teaching,to connect knowledge education,to achieve literary and military readiness;to highlight traditional values as the core,to innovate the way of propaganda of martial arts culture;to focus on process evaluation,to realize students'comprehensive ability evaluation of martial arts.
