摘要
体育学科核心素养是具备“健康促进”“运动实践”和“体育精神”,注重促进人的能力和完善人的发展,是新时代学校体育课程改革的应然转向。学生发展体育核心素养要求体育课程目标指向提升生命质量,强调健康知识与健康行为、课程内容回归生活世界,强调运动能力与运动习惯、课程实施关注人的生存与发展,强调体育情感与体育品德。这些关键能力与必备品格的实现,首先,教师要自觉践行“四有老师”标准,提高自身综合素养;其次,坚持“大课程观”,拓展体育第二课堂,并增加体育理论学时,提高学生体育认知水平;最后,通过加强课堂运动项目文化建设,提高体育课程的精神供给水平,深化体育学科“立德树人”的逻辑关系。
The core literacy in physical education discipline,composing of“health promotion”,“physical practice”and“sports spirits”,is to emphasize the all-round development of human beings.The inevitable orientation of PE curriculum reform requires that the goal of physical education curriculum should be to improve the quality of life,highlighting health knowledge and healthy behaviors.It requires the return of curriculum content to the living world,highlighting sports ability and exercise habits.It requires the focus of curriculum implementation onto human survival and development,emphasizing sports emotions and physical characters.How to accomplish these essential abilities and qualities?First,physical education teachers should improve their comprehensive literacy and carry out plans to be excellent teachers.Second,they should adhere to the idea of“top curriculum”and expand the second class of physical education.Meanwhile,they should increase the theoretical studying hours in physical education to improve students'sports cognitive level.Third,Deepening the logical relationship of"cultivating morality"in physical education curriculum and improving the sports classroom spirit supply level by strengthening the construction of sports culture.
