山西省乒乓球运动员选材方法及必要性研究

On the Necessity and Method of Selecting Table Tennis Players in Shanxi Province

采用文献资料法和理论研究法来探讨山西省的乒乓球运动员选材现状,并结合问卷调查的形式研究出针对性的方法,以此来为山西省的乒乓球发展尽一份微薄之力。得出:在选材上,应考虑把形态素质、体能素质速度素质、反应素质及心理素质作为主导条件,通过科学选材的方法挑选出优质的苗子,再加以后期培养,提高培育出优秀运动员的成功率。

This paper discusses the current situation of table tennis players'selection in Shanxi Province by using the methods of literature and theoretical research,and combines the form of questionnaire survey to find out the pertinent methods,so as to make a modest contribution to the development of table tennis in Shanxi Province.In this paper,it is concluded that in the selection of seedlings,we should consider morphological quality,physical quality,speed quality,reaction quality and psychological quality as the dominant conditions,select high-quality seedlings through scientific selection method,and then cultivate them later to improve the success rate of cultivating excellent athletes.
