论排外与国家自由——以《民报》为考察对象

On Opposing Foreignness and National Freedom ——Taking Citizen’s Newspaper as Object of Study

《民报》学人认为,排外有正当之排外与非正当之排外,中国人应该在国际法范围内进行正当的排外,所以中国人要想主张国际之权利,不可不知国际法。这虽然有一定的道理,但是《民报》学人更倾向于推翻清王朝的统治。

Writers of the Citizen’s Newspaper thought that opposing foreignness have the right xenophobia and the wrong xenophobia,and Chinese people shall carry on the right xenophobia in the scope of international law,so Chinese people should advocate the international right through the international law.Although writers of the Citizen's Newspaper were right to a certain extent,they were inclined to overthrow the rule of Qing Dynasty.
