摘要
以三元杂交母猪为研究对象,采用不同添加物饲养母猪的方法,研究复合中草药添加剂对母猪生产性能的影响。结果表明,添加0.3%中草药饲粮饲喂的母猪20日龄和28日龄断奶窝重较不添加任何物质分别显著提高19.31%、10.64%(P<0.05),较添加0.05%金霉素分别显著提高6.66%、3.32%(P<0.05);添加0.3%中草药饲粮饲喂的母猪0~28日龄平均窝日增重显著提高12.57%(P<0.05);添加0.3%中草药饲粮饲喂的母猪生产的乳猪出生后1~7 d腹泻指数较不添加任何物质显著降低37.37%,比添加0.05%金霉素显著降低17.33%(P<0.05);添加0.3%中草药饲粮饲喂的母猪断奶后7 d发情率较不添加任何物质及添加0.05%金霉素分别显著提高9.58%、8.04%(P<0.05)。这说明中草药可以替代抗生素使用提高母猪的生产性能。
Taking the ternary hybrid sows as the research object,the method of feeding the sows with different additives was used to study the effect of the compound Chinese herbal medicine additives on the performance of the sows.The results showed that the weaning nest weight of sows aged 20 and 28 days fodderred feeding adding 0.3%Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased by 19.31%and 10.64%respectively than fodderred feeding adding any other material(P<0.05),significantly increased by 6.66%and 3.32%respectively than fodderred feeding adding 0.05%chlortetrac-ycline(P<0.05);The nest weight sows aged 0~28 days fodderred feeding adding 0.3%Chinese herbal medicine on average daily gain was significantly increased by 12.57%than fodderred feeding adding any other material(P<0.05);The birth diarrhea index of 1~7 d after the birth of suckling pigs of sows fodderred feeding adding 0.3%Chinese herbal medicine significantly reduced 37.37%than fodderred feeding adding any other material,signifi-cantly reduced 17.33%than fodderred feeding adding 0.05%chlortetracycline(P<0.05);sows estrus rate of 7 days after weaning fodderred feeding adding 0.3%Chinese herbal medicine significantly increased by 9.58%and 8.04%respectively than do not add any other material and adding 0.05%chlortetracycline(P<0.05).This showed that Chinese herbal medicine can replace antibiotic use to improve the production performance of sows.
