茂兰自然保护区细痣疣螈种群分布及栖息地生境研究

Study on Population Distribution and Habitat of Tylototriton asperrimus in Maolan Nature Reserve

为了更好地保护茂兰自然保护区内的细痣疣螈,于2017年2—6月在贵州茂兰国家级自然保护区,采用样方法对细痣疣螈(Tylototriton asperrimus)的种群数量、分布及栖息地进行了调查。结果表明,茂兰自然保护区内细痣疣螈分布海拔为500~834 m,4月为繁殖期;栖息地分别为季节性水潭、溪流,主要分布点有48个,种群数量较少。因此,提出了通过加大宣传、资源调查力度、加强监测等保护细痣疣螈的建议。

In order to better protect the species of Tylototriton asperrimus in Maolan National Nature Reserve,the quadrat method was used to investigate the population,distribution and habitat of T.asperrimus in Maolan National Nature Reserve from February to June of 2017.The results showed that the distribution altitude of T.asperrimus was 500~834 m,and the breeding period was in April;the habitats were seasonal pools and streams,with 48 major distribution points;the population of T.asperrimus was small.Therefore,suggestions were put forward to protect T.asperrimus by strengt-hening publicity,resource investigation and monitoring and so on.
