基于工程教育专业认证的食品科学与工程专业实践教学改革 被引量:5

摘要 近年来,中国高校工程教育认证已经步入了新的推进阶段。目前我国工科专业普遍存在教学与实践脱离的现象。本文以食品科学与工程专业为例,分析了高校食品科学与工程专业教学现状,从课程内容、实验内容、教师工程素养、学生毕业评价考核等4个方面进行教学改革,以期为提高学生的综合素质提供参考。 In recent years,Chinese engineering education certification has entered a new stage of advancement.At present,there is a widespread phenomenon of separation between teaching and practice in engineering majors in China.Taking the food science and engineering major as an example,this paper analyzed the teaching status of food science and engineering majors in colleges,and discussed the teaching reform from four aspects,such as course content,experimental content,teacher engineering literacy,and student graduation evaluation,in order to provide references for improving students′comprehensive quality.
