摘要
为了响应国家“一带一路”的倡导,推进高校毕业生走向国际化,许多高校积极推进双语教学。本文初步探讨了畜产品加工学课程实行双语教学过程中的教学方法、教材及评价机制,通过对2个教学班的英文测验及问卷调查,发现双语教学在“畜产品加工学”教学中取得了较好的教学效果。
In order to response to the national"One Belt and One Road"advocacy,to promote the internationalization of the college graduates,many colleges and universities actively promoted the bilingual teaching.This paper discussed the teaching methods,the teaching material and evaluation mechanism in the bilingual teaching of animal products processing course.Through the English test and the questionnaire,it was found that the bilingual teaching can achieve a certain teaching effect in the teaching of animal product processing.
