By analyzing all kinds of procurement compliance conditions faced by state-owned petrochemical construction enterprises in material procurement supplier selection management,the model of material procurement compliance management is constructed,and the matrix of material procurement compliance supplier selection is obtained through calculation and analysis,which provides a reference for enterprise material procurement compliance management,and according to multiple constraints of procurement supplier selection. The countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
