Research on Enterprise Logistics Cost Management under the Background of Supply Side Reform

随着经济社会的发展,物流成本引起了各方的高度重视。一个企业要想做大做强,物流成本的管理至关重要。因此,企业应该加强物流成本管理,通过制定合理的方案与有效的措施来提高企业物流成本管理水平。文中将从制造业企业物流成本管理的现状出发,探究其物流成本管理中存在的问题,并针对性的提出相应的有效措施,以期降低企业的物流成本,促进企业健康发展。

With the development of economy and society,logistics costs have attracted the attention. If a company wants to be bigger and stronger,the management of logistics costs is crucial. Therefore,enterprises should strengthen logistics cost management and improve the level of enterprise logistics cost management by formulating reasonable plans and effective measures. This paper will start from the current situation of logistics cost management in manufacturing enterprises,explore the problems in logistics cost management,and propose corresponding effective measures in order to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises and achieve the healthy development of enterprises.
