民营物流作为我国物流行业不可或缺的一部分,对物流运输及国家经济的发展起到极大的推动作用。在民营物流企业发展中,做好成本管理显得十分重要。文中阐述了影响物流成本的因素,结合民营物流企业成本控制的现状,分析民营物流企业成本管理存在的问题,并提出有针对性的解决对策,希望对提升民营物流企业成本管理效果有积极意义。

As an indispensable part of China’s logistics industry,private logistics plays a great role in promoting the development of logistics transportation and national economy. In the development of private logistics enterprises,it is very important to do well in cost management. This paper expounds the factors affecting the cost of logistics,combines with the current situation of cost control of private logistics enterprises,analyses the problems existing in cost management of private logistics enterprises,and puts forward targeted solutions,hoping to have positive significance for improving the effect of cost management of private logistics enterprises.
