摘要
随着物流行业的蓬勃发展,物流企业对于仓库的布局优化设计越来越重视。仓储中心的合理布局将会提升企业的作业效率,节约物流成本,进而大幅度提升企业竞争力。文中基于SLP方法和模糊综合评价法对SGCS公司仓储中心进行布局优化设计,求得最优布局方案。
With the vigorous development of logistics industry,logistics enterprises pay more and more attention to the layout optimization design of warehouse. The reasonable layout of the warehouse center will improve the operation efficiency of enterprises,save logistics costs,and thus greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper,SLP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to optimize the layout design of SGCS warehouse center.
