摘要 以培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力为目标导向,将目标导向教育思想和大卫·库伯的学习圈理论等相结合,运用到物流工程专业认识实习教学设计的实践中。从库伯学习圈各阶段的影响因素分析入手,提出提升实习成效的具体举措,在此基础上,进行实习教学设计,为如何尽可能高效地利用校外资源、提升学习效果方面提供了借鉴。 With the aim of developing students’ ability to solve complex engineering problems,this paper combines the aim oriented educational thought with kolb’s learning circle theory,and applies it to the practice of practical teaching design in logistics engineering specialty. According to the goal-oriented educational thought,this paper puts forward the goal of learning achievement and the criterion of evaluating the teaching effect of practice. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors in every stage of Cooper’s learning circle,this paper puts forward the concrete measures to improve the effectiveness of the internship,and on this basis,carries on the teaching design of the internship. It provides a reference for how to make efficient use of off-campus resources and improve learning results.
