摘要 本科生导师制已经成为我国高等教育教学改革研究的热点问题之一,高校实践也表明本科生导师制有利于提高学校的办学水平和人才质量。文中分析了本科生导师制发展现状、对目前国内主要的本科生导师制模式进行了比较研究,在对前人经验进行总结的基础上,结合自身实践经验,提出了突出创新能力培养的全程本科生导师制。 The undergraduate tutorial system has become one of the hot issues in the research of higher education teaching reform in China. The practice of universities also shows that the undergraduate tutorial system is conducive to improving the school running level and the quality of talents. This paper analyses the development status of undergraduate tutorial system,makes a comparative study of the main domestic undergraduate tutorial system modes,and on the basis of summing up the experience of predecessors,combines with their own practical experience,puts forward the whole process of undergraduate tutorial system which highlights the cultivation of innovative ability.
