多因素影响下滚动活塞压缩机滑片——滑槽运动副摩擦特性瞬态分析

摘要 为正确认识压缩机滑片-滑槽运动副的摩擦特性以提升压缩机机械效率,在考虑二阶运动的前提下,对滑片-滑槽运动副建立了混合润滑模型和动力学模型,利用Matlab软件进行耦合数值求解。结果分析得到多个因素分别对滑片-滑槽运动副摩擦特性的影响:滑片-滑槽的槽配间隙、排气压力以及活塞转速对其平均摩擦功率影响较大。随着这些因素的增大,摩擦平均功率也呈较大幅度的增长。而滑槽长度、粗糙度和润滑油温度的影响却不那么明显。 In order to recognize the friction characteristics of the slider-chute pair of compressor in order to improve the mechanical efficiency of compressor,a hybrid lubrication model and a dynamic model of the slider-chute pair were established under the premise of considering the second-order motion,and the coupling numerical solution was carried out by using MATLAB software. The results show that the influence of several factors on the friction characteristics of slider-chute pair is obvious:the slot clearance,exhaust pressure and spindle speed of slider-chute pair have a great influence on the average friction power of slider-chute pair. With the increase of these factors,the average friction power also increases considerably. However,the influence of the length,roughness and oil temperature of the sliding groove is not so obvious.
