摘要
本文利用有限元软件Dynaform,对汽车消声器连结法兰盘冲压件毛坯外形尺寸和排样进行计算,并结合企业生产实际要求,对计算的结果进行优化。结果表明,通过Dynaform软件计算毛坯外形尺寸和排样,不仅简单方便,而且结果准确可靠,非常值得同类型的零件毛坯尺寸计算和排样借鉴。
In this paper,the blank dimension of the automobile muffler joint flang was calculated and the layout is carried out by Dynaform software. Combined with the actual production requirements,the calculated results are optimized. The results show that the calculation of blank dimension and layout by Dynaform software is not only simple and convenient,but also accurate and reliable. It is very worthy of the same type of parts blank size calculation and layout reference.
