摘要
以某8 t汽车起重机吊钩总成的Creo设计建模为基础,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对吊钩总成组合件模型进行结构线性静力分析。各零部件等效应力云图和总变形云图表明,该汽车起重机吊钩总成各零部件的最大等效应力和总变形量都在材料的允许范围之内,且发生部位都符合设计预期,各零部件的强度和静刚度是满足设计要求的,结构是安全的。
Based on the Creo design and modeling of the hook assembly of an 8-ton truck crane,the structural linear static analysis of the hook assembly assembly model is carried out by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. Equivalent stress nephogram and total deformation nephogram of each component show that the maximum equivalent stress and total deformation of each component of the crane hook assembly are within the allowable range of the material,and the occurrence parts meet the design expectation,the strength and static stiffness of each component meet the design requirements,and the structure is safe.
