履带维修装配液压夹紧装置设计及有限元分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过研究履带车辆用履带结构和装配工艺,针对目前履带车辆维修装配中存在的问题,设计出一套适应不同履带结构,具有可快速更换的便携式履带维修装配液压夹紧装置,利用Solid Works软件设计出履带装配液压夹紧装置模型,并用ANSYS对关键部件进行强度校核,从而实现履带的快速可靠装配,提高维修效率和安全性,减轻维修人员的劳动程度。 By studying the structure and assembly technology of tracked vehicle,aiming at the existing problems in the maintenance and assembly of tracked vehicle,a portable hydraulic clamping tool for tracked vehicle assembly is designed,which can be quickly replaced according to the characteristics of different tracked vehicle structures.The hydraulic clamping tool for tracked vehicle assembly is designed by using SolidWorks software. The model is used to check the strength of key components with ANSYS,so as to realize the fast and reliable assembly of broken chain caterpillar,improve the maintenance efficiency and safety,and reduce the labor level of maintenance personnel.
