摘要
为了解决3D食品打印机存在的不连续打印、挤出机构结构复杂等问题,提出了一种外啮合齿轮挤出机构;阐述了各挤出机构类型的优缺点;描述了外啮合齿轮挤出机构的结构及工作原理;组建3D实验打印控制平台并进行实验测试,实验结果表明该机构具有定量挤出、连续打印,结构简单、运行平稳、加料方便等优势。
In order to solve the problems of discontinuous printing and complex extrusion mechanism in 3 D food printer,an extrusion mechanism of external meshing gear was put forward. The advantages and disadvantages of each extrusion mechanism type were expounded. The structure and working principle of extrusion mechanism of external meshing gear were described. A printing control platform for 3 D experiment was established and implemented. The experimental results show that the mechanism has the advantages of quantitative extrusion,continuous printing,simple structure,smooth operation and convenient feeding.
