汽车门锁是整车的一个重要的安全件,门锁机构间力和行程的传递效率是影响开关门舒适性的一个重要因素,也是门锁系统设计的一个重点。在总结以往的设计应用经验基础上,结合三维运动分析软件,通过设计实例,介绍了汽车门锁机构常用连接方式的结构特点、设计要点及校核方法,为汽车门锁系统设计提供参考。

As an important safety part of automobile,the transfer efficiency of force and travel between lock mechanism is an important factor affecting the comfort of the door. Based on the experience of previous design applications,this paper introduces the structure characteristics,design points and checking methods of the common connection modes of the car lock mechanism,and provides reference for the design of the car door lock system.
