摘要
简单伺服自动焊是一种介于人工焊接和机器人焊接的方式,主要应用在整车及配件厂的焊装生产线上。主要描述如何实现简单伺服自动焊的柔性生产能力,即在同一工位的简单伺服自动焊设备,控制系统通过软件设计,实现不同的车型零件焊接任务的设计方法和具体应用步骤。此设计方案已在上汽通用五菱汽车股份有限公司焊装线上的简单伺服自动焊设备上应用,实现了3个不同车型的柔性生产能力。
Simple servo automatic welding is a kind of welding mode between manual welding and robot welding.It is mainly used in welding production line of vehicle and fittings factory. This paper mainly describes how to realize the flexible production capacity of simple Servo Automatic welding, that is, the simple servo automatic welding equipment at the same work station. The control system realizes the design method and specific application steps of different vehicle parts welding tasks through software design. This design scheme has been applied to the simple servo automatic welding equipment on the welding line of SAIC General Wuling Automobile Co., Ltd. and realized the flexible production capacity of three different types of vehicles.
