摘要
刀具轨迹是数控成形法加工圆弧齿廓锥齿轮的重要技术参数,同时也是齿面建模的重要几何要素。根据平面齿轮与节圆锥的运动关系,建立坐标变换矩阵,再将平面齿轮的刀具轨迹转换到锥齿轮的节圆锥曲面上,进而得到锥齿轮的刀具轨迹方程,为圆弧齿廓锥齿轮的建模和数控加工提供了理论上的技术基础。
Cutter path is an important technical parameter for machining circular arc profile bevel gear machined by numerical control forming method,it is also an important geometric element for tooth surface modeling. According to the relationship between the plane gear and the pitch cone,the coordinate transformation matrix is established,and then the tool path of the plane gear is transformed to the pitch-cone surface of the bevel gear,then the tool path equation of bevel gear is obtained,it provides a theoretical technical basis for modeling and CNC machining of circular arc profile bevel gear.
