Realization of Quality Tracing Process of Automobile Parts

基于目前汽车制造企业对质量追溯及整车召回要求,介绍汽车关键零部件在锻造、机加工、热处理、装配各制造过程中的追溯方式。通过质量追溯系统进行身份识别,采集各过程的数据信息,实现汽车全过程的质量管理,为产品查询和追溯、召回提供合理可靠的依据。

Based on the current requirements of automobile manufacturing enterprises for quality tracing and vehicle recall,this paper introduces the tracing ways of automobile key parts in the manufacturing process of forging,machining,heat treatment and assembly. Through the quality tracing system to carry on the identification,collect each process data information,realize the automobile entire process quality management,and provide the reasonable reliable basis for the product inquiry,the tracing and the recall.
