摘要
本文将"产"、"城"纳入统一框架,以112个环保重点城市为例,从独立和联动调节的双重视角,考察新型城镇化与产业结构对雾霾污染的影响。实证结果表明:(1)雾霾污染具有明显的空间相关性特征;(2)独立视角下,新型城镇化会加剧雾霾污染,产业结构能够通过合理化和高级化两条路径缓解雾霾污染;(3)联动调节视角下,新型城镇化与产业结构的相互影响对放大减霾效果有积极作用。因此,应注重产城融合,发挥治霾的联动优势。
This article incorporates industry and city into a unified framework.Taking 112 environmental protection key ci-ties as samples,this paper discusses the influence of new urbanization and industrial structure on haze pollution from the dual perspectives of independence and linkage adjustment.The empirical results show that:(1)haze pollution has obvious spatial correlation characteristics.(2)Under the independent perspective,the new urbanization will aggravate the degree of haze pollution,and the industrial structure can alleviate haze pollution through rationalization and optimization.(3)From the linkage adjustment perspective,the interaction between new urbanization and industrial structure is conducive to reducing haze pollution.Therefore,it is necessary to focus on the integration of new urbanization and industrial structure,so as to play a synergistic role in reducing haze pollution.
