西部地区现代流通业效率测度及空间差异分析——基于非径向超效率三阶段DEA模型

Efficiency Measurement and Spatial Difference Analysis of Modern Circulation Industry in Western China

"互联网+"激发新的商业模式,传统流通业不再局限于固定的边界和模式。本文利用西部地区2001~2017年统计数据,通过非径向超效率三阶段DEA模型对西部地区流通效率进行测度。研究结果表明:总体上,西部地区流通业效率存在波动增长的趋势,但总体水平偏低,发展速度较为缓慢。分地区来看,流通业效率发展水平区域差异较大,主要表现为临近东中部地区省市的流通效率水平明显高于内陆偏远区域的流通效率水平。同时,外部环境对流通效率影响较为显著,互联网发展水平、地区经济发展水平、对外开放程度、政府支持等因素对流通业效率具有正向促进作用。

"Internet+"stimulates new business models,and traditional circulation industry is no longer limited to fixed boundaries and modes.Based on the statistical data from 2001 to 2017 in the western region of China,this paper measures the circulation efficiency of the western region by non-radial super-efficiency three-stage DEA model.The results show that:on the whole,the efficiency of circulation industry in the western region has a fluctuating growth trend,but the overall level is low and the development speed is relatively slow.Regionally,the development level of circulation industry efficiency varies greatly in different regions.The main manifestation is that the circulation efficiency level of provinces and cities in the central eastern region is significantly higher than that in the remote inland region.At the same time,the external environment has a significant impact on the circulation efficiency.The factors such as the level of internet development,the level of regional economic development,the degree of opening to the outside world and government support have a positive effect on the circulation efficiency.
