高职院校空乘专业就业现状与对策探析

A Probe into Employment Status of Flight Attendant Specialty In Higher Vocational Colleges and Related Countermeasures

民航业的快速发展引发了高职院校的空乘办学热潮,也加剧了空乘专业就业的竞争。目前高职院校空乘就业存在的问题主要有:就业资源缺乏、学生就业价值观偏差、就业能力不足、就业教育功利化以及就业诚信教育缺失等。要实现空乘专业的长远发展,就必须采取相应的对策,如加强与航空公司的深度合作;整合就业资源,强化协同性就业教育;提升学生素质,引导他们树立正确的就业观;强化理性就业教育和就业诚信等。

The rapid development of civil aviation industry has triggered the upsurge of flight attendant specialty in higher vocational colleges, meanwhile intensifyingthe competition among flight attendants seeking employment. At present, the main employment problems confronting flight attendants in higher vocational colleges are mainly lack of employment resources, deviation of students’ employment values, insufficient employability, utilitarianismin employment education and lack of employment integrity education, etc.In order to realize the long-term development of flight attendant specialty, wemust take corresponding countermeasures, such as strengthening in-depth cooperation with airlines, integrating employment resources, strengtheningeducation oncollaborative employment, improvingthe quality of students, guiding students towards correct viewsof employment, putting emphasis onrational employment education and employment integrity, etc.
