摘要
基于仿真技术和虚拟现实技术的数字化工厂可以实现对真实工业生产的虚拟规划和仿真优化,在现代航空制造领域中具有极大的研究价值。本文结合DELMIA系统,对数字化工厂的含义、DELMIA系统的体系架构及数字化工厂的建设内容等几个方面进行描述,特别对数字化制造过程、数字化工艺规划、数字工艺设计和仿真、数字化工厂布局等方面进行了分析。
Digital factoriescan realize virtual planning and simulation optimization of real industrial production by adoptingsimulation technology and virtual reality technology, which has great research value in the field of modern aviation manufacturing. Based on DELMIA system, this paper expounds the definition of digital factory, the structureof DELMIA system and the construction of digital factory. Special efforts are devoted to the analysis of digital manufacturing process, digital process planning, design and simulation of digital process, layout of digital factor,etc.
