摘要 电控机械式自动变速器(Automated mechanical transmission,简称AMT)相较于其他形式的自动变速器,传动效率高、燃油经济性好、结构简单、生产继承性好、成本低,在我国具有良好的市场前景。本文提出了动力性能评价指标,对AMT的起步过程和加速过程进行动力学分析,并基于长安逸动整车参数,通过MATLAB/Simulink平台建立AMT的动力性仿真模型。结果表明,试验结果与仿真结果误差较小,AMT动力性仿真模型有效的模拟了AMT的整车性能。 Automated mechanical transmission(AMT)is known not only for high transmission efficiency and low fuel consumption but also for its simple structure, convenience in manufacture and low cost compared with other automatic transmissions. AMT enjoys good market prospect in China. The evaluation index of dynamic performance is presented in this paper and applied to the analysis of the starting and acceleration process of AMT. The dynamic simulationmodel is established using MATLAB/Simulinkplatform and based on the vehicle parameters of CHANGAN EADO. The results indicate that the error is small between test result and simulation result and that AMT dynamic simulation model has carried out effective simulation of the AMT vehicle performance.
