针刀配合董氏奇穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical research on treating knee osteoarthritis by acupotomology plus Dongshi Qixue

目的:探讨针刀配合董氏奇穴治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(Knee Osteoarthritis,KOA)的疗效。方法:筛选KOA患者62例,按数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组各31例。对照组根据指南采取常规治疗方法。观察组在对照组基础上采取针刀配合董氏奇穴治疗。治疗6周后,比较两组患者的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC指数)评分、视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Lysholm量表(LKSS)评分、以及临床疗效。结果:治疗6周后,观察组患者的WOMAC量表指标评分、VAS评分显著少于对照组,LKSS评分、SF-36评分明显多于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗6周后,两组患者的生活质量SF-36评分均显著增加(P<0.01)。治疗6周后,观察组患者的总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组(70.97%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,针刀配合董氏奇穴治疗KOA可减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能和生活质量,提高临床疗效。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Acupotomology Dongshi Qixue(董氏奇穴)on knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:62 patients with KOA were screened and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,31 cases in each group.The control group was treated by the routine therapy according to the guideline.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated by acupotomology plus Dongshi Qixue.After 6 weeks,scores of the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC),visual analogue scale(VAS),Lysholm scale(LKSS),SF-36,and the efficacy were compared between two groups.Results:After 6 weeks of treatment,the WOMAC scale score and VAS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The LKSS score and quality of SF-36 score were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).And the quality of life SF-36 scores in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.01).After 6 weeks,the total efficacy in the observation group(93.55%)was higher than 70.97%in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Acupotomology plus Dongshi Qixue on KOA can alleviate the pain of patients,improve their knee function and quality of life,and improve clinical efficacy.
