腕踝针配合电针治疗肩周炎疗效及镇痛作用研究

Efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture plus electropuncture on frozen shoulder and analgesia

目的:探究腕踝针配合电针治疗肩周炎疗效及镇痛作用。方法:选取2017年12月-2018年10月期间来我院就诊的80例肩周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字分为腕踝针组和封闭组,两组患者均为40例,腕踝针组给予腕踝针配合电针治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果:腕踝针组总有效率为97.50%(39/40),封闭组为77.50%(31/40),差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。腕踝针组、封闭组1个疗程后疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分分别为(2.69±0.57)分、(5.36±0.91)分,腕踝针组VAS评分显著低于封闭组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。腕踝针组、封闭组肩部刺痛、抬举受限、局部肿胀中医症状积分明显下降,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);腕踝针组肩部刺痛、抬举受限、局部肿胀中医症状积分显著低于封闭组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。腕踝针组、封闭组前屈、外旋、内旋、外展活动范围明显扩大,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);腕踝针组前屈、外旋、内旋、外展活动范围明显大于封闭组,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:腕踝针配合电针治疗肩周炎可取得显著效果,降低疼痛程度,改善中医症状积分,改善肩关节活动范围,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture with electroacupuncture on frozen shoulder.Methods:Eighty-eight patients were randomized and grouped into two groups,40 patients in each group.The wrist-ankle acupuncture group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture with electroacupuncture.Results:The total efficiency was 97.50%(39/40)in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group and 77.50%(31/40)in the closed group(P<0.01).After one course,the VAS scores were(2.69±0.57)and(5.36±0.91)points in the wrist-ankle acupuncture and the closed group respectively.VAS score in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group was significantly lower(P<0.01).The shoulder tingling,lifting restriction,local swelling,TCM symptom scores were decreased significantly in two groups(P<0.01).Those in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group were significantly lower(P<0.01).The range of flexion,external rotation,internal rotation and abduction in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group were significantly enlarged(P<0.01).And those in the wrist-ankle acupuncture group were better(P<0.01).Conclusion:Wrist-ankle acupuncture with electroacupuncture on frozen shoulder was effective,can reduce pain,improve the TCM symptom,and improve the range of shoulder joint activity,is worth promoting.
